Primary Flight Control Loading

E2M primary control loading actuators are suited for the heavy loaded flight controls. The active force feedback solutions are for fixed- and rotary wing flight simulators, both civil and military. Two solutions are widely used for primarily controlling the pitch, roll and yaw channels in various level D simulators.
Direct drive
The direct drive control loading system is a legacy actuator known for delivering smooth and precise force feedback. It is extensively used in a variety of Full Flight Simulators (FFS) across multiple aircraft types, including the B737, A320, A330, C-130, etc

Segmented drive
The segmented drive solution delivers the same level of smoothness and precision as the direct drive, but with reduced weight, lower cost, and easier maintenance. The 3-phase actuators are mostly used in, Full Flight Simulators (FFS), while the 1-phase variants are designed for Flight Training Devices (FTDs).

High-torque (200 Nm) segmented drive solutions are ideal for large aircraft simulators, whereas the medium torque variant is better suited for simulators of smaller aircraft, such as an ATRs or a rotary wing aircraft.
