E2M's entry level system, versatile, easy to use, affordable price
The eM6-400-1500 is a six degrees of freedom electric motion system with an actuator stroke of 400 mm, designed for use in simulation systems. it supports a payload up to 1500 Kg GML.
Typical applications are flight simulators and vehicle simulators for (racing) cars, trucks, buses, military vehicles, railway vehicles, etc. Other applications are entertainment, research and development platforms and test beds. This system is popular because it delivers a very good price performance ratio. Although it is E2M's entry level system we made no compromise on quality or durability.

eM6-400-1500S motion system
Technical features: The EM6-400-1500 is now also available in an extra silent version, the EM6-400-1500S. This system produces significantly less audible noise at the same operating speeds compared to the standard system
The key features of the new motion technology can be summarized as follows:
Standard scope of delivery includes a triangular upper frame. Alternatively, the eM6-400 system can also be delivered with 3 upper joints and a transportation frame. The actuator upper joint attachments can be integrated into the customer cabin design, omitting the need for an upper frame.
active RTH (Return To Home), enabling the motion system to move to settled from any lean-out condition in case of a facility power failure. The active RTH option is available to all E2M linear motion systems.
To bring the motions system back, just two additional batteries with 24V are installed in the electrical cabinet.
The eM6-400 motion system is delivered completely assembled and fits in a standard shipping container. This allows E2M customers a less time consuming and simple installation. All cabling and software necessary are included with the system. It can be fully operational within one hour after delivery.
The E2M motion systems include E2M’s advanced cueing- and diagnostics software. Consequently, the same superior motion quality available to our level D pilot training systems is supplied with this system.

A number of degrees of freedom (DOF)
CCC number of millimeters stroke for the linear actuator used or ROT for a rotational actuator
DDD Gross Moving Load (GML), the maximum load the motion system is rated for. The weight of the E2M upper platform, if included, has to be added to the weight of your simulator cabin.
